storyboards for event pitching
_An Idea You See, an Experience You Sell
"How do you sell an event that doesn't yet exist?" This is the question that drives this work.
Since 2021, in continuous partnership with SMASH! — a corporate events agency — I have been developing visual narratives that translate concepts and actions into clear, compelling, and emotional experiences — structured in storyboards as a pitching tool.
The goal is not just to explain – it's to make the client feel the event even before it happens.
_Selling the idea before the event even exists
Before there's a stage, lights, screen, giveaways, smoke, and that set design that always seems simple until someone quotes it, the event needs to happen in the mind of the person who approves it.
That's where the storyboard comes in: not as a supporting illustration, but as a visual argument. It organizes the idea, shows the rhythm of the experience, and helps the client make decisions before production goes into action.
The difference is simple: a description explains; a good storyboard makes the person see.

A language designed for the rhythm of the project.
The style needed to keep pace with the events market: fast, clear, and expressive.
Nothing too precious a design to be useful, nor too loose a sketch to sell.
The point was to find a middle ground: an image that was quick, beautiful, and functional—because a good pitch doesn't wait for the artist to finish suffering...
